Q. Does the Top Agent membership only have a onetime fee?
A. You only pay the initial $149 fee once. To continue receiving secure zone access including updated books, guides, forms and lender packages there is a $14.99 monthly membership.
Q. I lost my Pay As You Go discount code; what do I do?
A. Email Support@TheAgentCenter.com, and an affiliate staff member will perform a code retrieval.
Q. I forgot my Top Agent login and/or password, what do I do?
A. Email Support@TheAgentCenter.com, and an affiliate staff member will perform a code retrieval.
Q. Where do I download my lender-packages?
A. Pay As You Go plan users will utilize The Homeowner Center store to redeem their discount code. Top Agent members will log into the secure zone located on The Agent Center site, where they will be able to pick and choose their downloads.
Q. Where do I access marketing material, agent forums and business builder information?
A. Pay As You Go plan users do not have access to this area of the secure zone. Top Agent members will log into the secure zone located on The Agent Center site, where they will be able to have access to all the additional information.
Q. Do you offer support if I have general questions?
A. Yes. You can call 1-888-949-8663 during the business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, and one of our industry professionals will be happy to answer your questions. You can also email your questions to Support@TheAgentCenter.com at any time.
Q. Where can I download the New Adobe 9 program to take full advantage of the presentation mode?
A. We offer a link on the Support page of the website. The link can be utilized on the spot or copied and pasted to give to clients. Each kit also offers the opportunity to download the newest version of Adobe Reader each time you open the package.
Q. Do you offer hard copies of the materials if I don’t want to print them?
A. Yes. We offer hard copies that can be shipped to you or your clients for a small shipping and handling fee. Give us a call at 1-888-949-8663 or send an email to Support@TheAgentCenter.com for details.
Q. I want to co-brand using your branded logo; where can I get it?
A. The logo is available only when following the terms of use located in our legal information. The logo is located on the support page of the website.
Q. Can I share my discount code or password with other people?
A. No! Certified FSPs are for one individual only and all downloads are tracked and are only intended for the user who made the purchase.
Q. Can I brand the material using my company name?
A. No. All supplied materials were published by Center Publishing Company, and are protected under the U.S. Copyright laws. They have been issued an ISBN (International Standard Book Number) and bar code (if applicable) for tracking.
Q. What are the rules of the Affiliate Marketing Program and how will I be paid?
A. Once you sign up you will receive a binding contract that details the rules and pay structure.
