The Agent Center, a partner of The Homeowner Center, strives to strengthen the client/agent relationship and promote growth within the industry. Christina Inman – Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Christina Inman is a 18-year veteran of the real estate industry who has served as a master trainer, business consultant, residential property builder, real estate portfolio advisor and an executive leader for Kastell Real Estate Group and Delven Development. Through hands-on experience and proven success, Inman is considered an expert within various industry arenas. Possessing over a decade of management experience for institutions such as Chase Manhattan and HSBC, she understands the challenges and demands of succeeding in the mortgage industry. In 2008, Inman teamed up with Britt Stenstrom to create both The Homeowner Center and The Agent Center, a web-based business dedicated to creating and supporting a self-service outlet for both homeowners and industry affiliates.  

Inman has been featured on numerous global media outlets, as well as on Daybreak News, and has co-authored several real estate books, including The Homeowner Retention Book: Loan Modification and The Homeowner Assistance Book: Short Sale.

Inman is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors and has earned both a California Broker-Officer License and Class B Contractor’s License.

 

Britt Stenstrom – Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer

Britt Stenstrom has been successfully involved in various facets of the residential mortgage industry for over eight years.

From the age of 10, Ms. Stenstrom was a regionally and nationally ranked USTA junior tennis player. While in high school, she was a varsity player and team captain, and was voted most valuable player. After initially receiving a tennis scholarship to play at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, she decided not to continue with tennis in order to focus on academics After earning a BS degree in Business, Ms. Stenstrom began her workforce journey as a project manager for consulting firms involved in construction, fiber optics and corporate sponsorship marketing. 

In 2002 Ms. Stenstrom began work for a wholesale subsidiary of HSBC, where she was responsible for growing and maintaining a territory of over 500 residential mortgage loan originators. She quickly ramped up to a leading position and remained within the top 1% nationally for a consecutive five years while competing against 450 wholesale account executive colleagues. During her wholesale lending tenure, Ms. Stenstrom funded over $500 million is residential mortgages.

Ms. Stenstrom has co-authored several real estate books, including The Homeowner Retention Book: Loan Modification and The Homeowner Assistance Book: Short Sale.

Ms. Stenstrom is a proud member of the National Association of Realtors, C.A.R, O.C.A.R. and is a licensed Broker with the California Department of Real Estate.
